We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in new, unused condition with all original undamaged packaging and documentation within 10 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Special order items (products we do not carry in stock at our store) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. Special order bicycles and e-bikes (bicycles and e-bikes we do not carry in inventory) are not returnable and the sale is final.
In Store Pick Up
If you select in-store pickup or curbside pickup as your shipping option, we will contact you when your order is ready.
All online purchases picked up in store require verifying photo ID against the credit card used to make the purchase (if applicable). For curbside pick up, call us when you arrive at (727) 826-0501.
The Bikery will only ship orders within the United States.
When placing an order, the billing address and shipping address must match. If you need to place an order and ship an item to a different address than your billing address, you must use PayPal at checkout.
Orders typically ship USPS or UPS Ground. Certain brands of bicycles must be delivered in person per supplier agreements, and cannot be shipped. Online orders require 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) processing time.
Orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. We will do our best to let you know if your order is delayed for any reason.
The Bikery offers doorstep delivery of any order over $100 within a 10 mile delivery range for a fee of $35.
Return Policy for Orders Picked Up In-Store:
You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. Products must be unused in their original packaging with all original tags and undamaged packaging. Sale and closeout items are not eligible for return.
If you purchase a bike on line for an in store pickup and you decide that you do not want that bike when you come to collect it, you can return it for a full refund at that time. This does not apply to any bike that was modified per the customer's request or a bike after it has been brought home.
